Standard Consultation

Sessions begin with you and the psychologist developing a therapeutic plan to best help with your challenges. Subsequent sessions will be tailored to your on going therapeutic plan and will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any new challenges.

No problem, we offer after hours sessions to help fit into your schedule.

Adolescent Consultation

Adolescence can be a turbulent and tricky time. If your child is needing some extra support we offer sessions tailored to your child's needs.

If needed, we can liaise with the school and family unit to ensure your child feels supported.

EMDR Consultation

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy was developed to reduce distressing emotions associated with traumatic memories.

Medicare

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Plan you will be eligible for Medicare rebates.

Private Health Insurance

You may be eligible for a rebate through your private health insurance. This will depend on your insurer.

Please note there will be an out of pocket fee as we are private billing clinic.
